All player balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in MYR. ek8plus is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by payment intermediaries in the event that your account is funded from a non-MYR source.
ek8plus may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall govern with respect to that specific offer.
Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. ek8plus reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or by exploiting a technical error.
Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. In no event shall ek8plus's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ek8plus account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ek8plus's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
